Amazing Stacked Lucite Floor Lamp, Post Modern 1980s, Attr. to Roger Rougier
This incredible lucite floor lamp is quite the stunning piece! Large blocks of black lucite are alternated with clear thin blocks to create a unique contrasting effect. The blocks can be lined up, as shown, or turned at angles to create different looks. The base is made with two square panels of lucite with 4 lucite feet (one has been replaced, but blends in almost invisibly). The fluted white acrylic shade emits a lovely glow when lit via the newly installed foot pedal.
