Sweet 1920s Art Deco Smokers' Cabinet w/ Bakelite Knob
This super adorable 1920s smokers' cabinet is a little treasure! With all hardwood construction, this walnut cabinet is well built and thoughtfully constructed; note the diagonal grain in each quadrant of the door, leading the eye to the brass-backed butterscotch bakelite knob (try saying that 5 times fast!) Accented with black lacquer corners to make the rich wood tone pop, this would make a fine side table next to a compact chair or sofa, or even a nightstand. The door has been refinished, and the entire piece cleaned, oiled, and repaired as needed. And bonus: it doesn't smell like cigars!
