Fab Set of 1980s Tubular Metal Bucket Chairs in Red w/ Original Leather Cushions
Fabulous set of 1980s metal tube and wire dining chairs, with original leather cushions! These very unique chairs retain their original tomato red enamel, which has developed a chippy yet attractive patina over the years. The frames have been freshly cleaned and clear coated, and the leather cushions cleaned and conditioned. The unusual colour combo of red and pale peachy-pink shouldn’t work, but somehow it does! Pair them with a metal and glass table, or go eclectic and join them with an antique wood harvest table. In very good condition with age related character, two of the six cushions are more worn so we have priced this as a set of 4, but 6 chairs are included. Likely made in Italy, possibly by designer Gastone Rinaldi. $795 / set
