1. Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer *curbside* delivery within 30kms of our shop for $60, and beyond 30km up to 60km from our shop for $120. This means we will bring it to your home and will require your help unloading curbside - so it's a good idea to have a friend there to help you bring it inside your home.
Delivery to other areas is available; please inquire for pricing.
2. Do you offer returns?
Due to the vintage nature of our items, all sales are final. New items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a receipt.
3. What should I expect with a vintage item?
Every item we bring in to the store is inspected, cleaned, and restored to the best of our ability. We do not sell anything that we would not personally be proud to have in our own homes. However, please note that "restored" does not mean perfect, or "as new". As these pieces are generally 40+ years old, our goal with restoration is not to make them perfect, but to make them look fantastic while retaining a bit of character. Please use the photos of each piece as a good reference for overall condition. Any significant issues that could not be corrected during the restoration process will be noted in the description.
4. Do you ship?
We do not currently offer shipping of any items, however smaller, non-breakable items may be possible for us to shop; contact us for details. In-store local pick up is always available.
5. Do you purchase/consign items?
Yes! We purchase only (no consignment). Send photos of your items to our email address and, if we are interested, we will respond with a purchase offer within 2-4 days. Please DO NOT bring items directly to the store or bring photos to the store; we will only consider items sent via email. No exceptions, sorry!
