This cute polar bear is a fine example of the lucite animal sculptures made famous by artist Abraham Palatnik of Brazil, circa 1960s. This particular version is clear lucite with ivory strips, and touch of black for the eyes, mouth, and nose. Signed on the rear leg, original sticker intact on the foot.
